Do you come to me?
Yes. Black Label Detailing is fully mobile — we service your vehicle at home, work, or wherever it’s parked.
Do I need to provide anything?
We use your water hookup (standard outdoor spigot). We bring all tools and detailing equipment, and can provide our own generator for power if needed.
How long does a detail take?
Depends on the package and condition:
- Executive Signature: 45 mins – 1.5 hrs
- Platinum Standard: 1.5 – 2.5 hrs
- Black Label Elite: 2.5 – 3.5+ hrs
Do you use safe products?
Yes. We use top-tier, professional-grade products that are safe for all vehicle surfaces — including ceramic-safe soaps, pH-balanced cleaners, and premium protectants.
How often should I get my car detailed?
Most of our clients get a detail every 3–6 weeks depending on their driving and environment. We offer repeat booking options and loyalty discounts for regular clients.
